Hi and Welcome! My name is Howard Killion, ISI's off-site Trainer and "Coach" for these learning modules. Those of you who have applied already with ISI and are in the process of evaluating if ISI is the fit for you... well, you are about to begin a fascinating adventure!

This adventure includes life-long learning as an integral ingredient to growing in your competency to work with international students and in your ability to serve in ministry.

Because of that, we've developed these three introductory, pre-hire modules for new staff candidates that will help you explore the ISI organization, affirm your ministry views and strengths, and review your readiness to begin developing personal financial partnerships for your ISI budget. And all this before you're officially hired! Why? Because we deserve to know each other before beginning ISI ministry together!
