Ian and Erin Downs have been working with ISI since 2001. Ian serves as the ISI Team Leader for the Northridge area. Erin is focused on serving and mentoring international women. Along with a diverse team of volunteers from the San Fernando Valley, they are serving the international students at California State University Northridge.
