STATEMENT OF STAFF SUPPORT AND CARE
|

ISI has a strong commitment to the care and nurture of our field staff. This means many things, but above all, it means that our first priority in bringing new staff into the ISI family is to send them to both strengthen and enjoy the support of existing ISI ministry teams. We also feel this is the best way to ensure that new staff learn from ISI-approved practitioners of international student ministry. Only with rare exception do we hire applicants who desire to minister where ISI does not currently have staff. This policy may change in the future.
This means that if you are applying to ISI in order to do campus ministry or the related positions of City Director or City/Area Mobilizer, and you are not currently living where we have staff, and if you are not willing to move to an ISI-staffed location, it is not likely that your application to join ISI will be processed at this time.
