| As Christians, we in ISI believe the true spirit of Christmas is that God has given a wonderful gift of physicial and spiritual LIFE to us, so we can best respond and celebrate this by giving to others
Soooooo....Thanks to ISI volunteer Teresa, we are going to Adopt-a-family for Christmas! ISI Santa Cruz has committed to obtain/buy Christmas gifts and donate them for one local low-income family so they can celebrate a nice Christmas.
Please contact Teresa if you would like to participate by purchasing one gift for the family. They have specific items requested by the family. We should NOT wrap the gifts. call Teresa so she can coordinate the gift giving so that all family members receive a gift. home 831-464-9731 or cell 831-345-3335. All gifts need to be donated and brought to the Walnut Avenue Women's Center before December 9. We need one person who lives on UCSC campus to help Teresa coordinate gift donations.
