Our Ministry Operations Team is here to serve you.  Our team consists of several departments; Volunteer Services, Ministry Administration, and Ministry Operations.  We are all here to help you with our operational functions at ISI.

Mickie Charlier (Ministry Operations Assistant) is our ministry team liason for all of your reporting of valuable ministry statistics and provides a source of contact in getting you to the right person or connection related to your ministry needs.

Rick Rider (Mail and Facilities Clerk) is the resource point for all orders of ISI materials/assistance and also provides the Home Office with great support of our facility. Rick will handle all materials orders placed by clicking on the Need to Place an Order? link at the left. For specific material order instructions/inquiries please email him at orders@isionline.org.

Julie Collard (Volunteer Services Specialist) provides great service to volunteers and churches in unstaffed areas while making people connections for affiliates and associates of ISI. She is our resource for statistics related to students and campuses across the US. Check out the Volunteer Services webpage for more information.

Deby Kenyon (Ministry Operations Coordinator) oversees the day-to-day operations of the Home Office. She is your contact for all your risk and liability-related matters for the ministry. Deby also provides assistance to Denny Yoder.

Denny Yoder (Executive Assistant to the President/General Counsel/Director of Operations) heads up the Ministry Operations Team as well as providing support of our President/CEO. Denny is the official signator on all ISI contracts and provides legal counsel on all ministry-related matters.
