Glory of Christmas Pageant Nov. 27, 2005 Over 1000 students and friendship partners attended the Glory of Christmas play at the Crystal Cathedral Sunday night. The Christmas pageant contained spectacular choreography, sound effects, a cast of over 300, together with live animals, and angels flying overhead, portray this historical event just as it happened 2000 years ago Beach Party: Sat. Sept 10th, 2005 2 PM at Huntington Beach. Location Pacific Coast Hwy and Brook Hurst. Food is provide. Activities include: volleyball, soccer, swimming, and campfire. American Friendship partners and host families are to invite their international friends. International Student Party & Dance April 22, 2005 Over 60 people attended the International Student Party and Dance in city of Huntington Beach. Students enjoyed the food, friendship, and learning two western style dances. A professional dance instructor taught students to Square Dance and Line Dance. Everyone had great time. Students represented countries of Vietnam, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Japan, China and Korea Big Bear Trip April 9-10 2005 Several International students went to Big Bear Mountain for the weekend of fun. They stayed in a nice log cabin, enjoyed hiking in the beautiful mountains and playing in the snow. Jan 1 2005 Rose Parade in Pasadena, Jey arranged for whoever wants to car pool to leave from Orange County at 5:00 AM on January 1. This Parade is amazing, with huge animated floats covered with real flowers! Disney's Micky Mouse is the Grand Marshall this year. There is no charge to attend. A laugh-filled "White Elephant" gift exchange A "white elephant gift" is something that you already have and don't need anymore. Wrap it up and bring it. Someone will think that your gift is just what they always wanted or needed! If you don't have something like this, you should be able to find something special at the 99 Cents Store. Tickets (regularly up to - $40) are just $10.00. This year all seats will be reserved. Only a certain amount of tickets will be allotted to us. Get your tickets early to reserve your seat.
