South on I-5; Exit at El Toro rd. and go left on Carlota.
Cross El Toro (IN-N-Out Burgers will be on your right).
Continue on Carlota to Los Alisos and go left.
Continue about 2.5 miles; pass Trabuco; right at the next light on Via Novena
Take the 3rd right on Via Tercero; go around the bend and look for 22706 on your left.
Directions - Coming from the south:
North on I-5; Exit at Alicia Parkway and turn right.
Go 2.5 miles; Pass Trabuco; Take a left at the next light at Via Aurora
Take the 2nd left on Via San Diego
Take the 1st right on Via Escorial
Take the next right on Santa Maria; pass Barcelona School on your right
Take the next right on Via Tercero. We are the 3rd house on the right - 22706
