Today in the U.S. there are more than 750,000 international students studying in our universities and colleges.  These students are the best and the brightest from their countries.  They are the future leaders of the world who will impact their countries and our world. 

What kind of impact will they have?

·         25% of the students that ISI works with will have national leadership positions.

·         40 % of the heads of state once studied here in the US.  Each of the men pictured above once studied in our universities.

·         Four out of five international students that come to this country never enter an American home.

In the Greater Kansas City area there are over 4,000 international students.  There are at least 1,000 international students at UMKC.  The University of Kansas has about 2,200, and the other colleges and universities in Kansas City make up the rest.  

ISI KC works on these universities right now:  UMKC, JCCC, Park University, with some students involved from KU MED, KCKCC, and Avila. 

At this time we are not able to serve KU.  We hope one day to cover KU as well as the many other colleges and universities in our area.
